1/2 cup icing sugar
2 oranges
Salt
Egg
200g ground almonds
70g icing sugar
Mix
Pinch of salt
Zest 2 Oranges
Mix
Juice 1 orange
1tbsp honey
Mix
1 egg white
Mix
Add gradually 1cup almonds
Directions
Dust work surface with icing sugar
Place dough in center and roll into a log
Cut slices about 1/2 inch wide
Shape into a diamond
Roll in icing sugar
Place on parchment
Bake 350 for 13-15 minutes
