Fermented White Dough

Makes: 900g
Ingredients
10g fresh yeast
500g white bread flour
10g salt
350g water
Directions
Rub the yeast into the flour using your fingertips.
Add the salt and water and mix until the dough comes together. Turn out onto a well floured surface and knead.
Return to the bowl and let rise for 6 hours at room temperature or 48 hours in the fridge, until doubled in size.
